We are a beautiful infinite conscious web, connected seamlessly to everyone and everything. We’re here to experience, to dance and play our parts of existence, and most of all, we’re here to help others, that is our greatest purpose in the cosmos.

As my understanding has expanded, I have come to take many alternative approaches to health and wellness, even as much as to ask questions like “why do we suffer?”

Though I’m no “great healer” and obviously don’t have all the answers, I do feel like my curiosity has lead me to some remarkable conclusions. My greatest motivation in life is to heed and share my findings, for the healing of myself and others.

This journey started with anxiety. Though I’ve never had many considerable hardships, I still found myself having anxiety attacks, mind racing, I would start shaking and couldn’t catch my breath, I found that I could ground my energy just by putting my hands on the earth, I became more and more aware of the actual feeling of the energy shifting all the way out of my body into the soil.

That anxiety was a blessing because once I started to learn that feeling within me, I began to use it for self healing, I didn’t even realize there was a word for it until I got introduced to Reiki. After learning about Reiki, I knew I wanted to get properly trained. Wow, what a transitional time in my life! As I became more involved in the Reiki community I became united with very kind, spiritual people who helped to guide on my path, I’m forever grateful for my soul sisters and brothers, and my supportive family and friends as well.

My journey, lead me to philosophers and guru’s (Alan Watts, Sahd Guru, ect…) and to natures medicine, Kambo, Ayahuasca, DMT, and of course, Magic Mushrooms. I’m not here to indorse these but they were for me, a spiritual stepping stone.

During these ceremonies I would offer reiki energy, I began to realize how natural it felt and how passionate I am about sharing this nurturing energy. If I wanted to do this every day I would have to move past my previous aspirations to be chef, and choose a more suitable career, and so I found massage… and sound healing… and yoga… and I’m sure there will be more aspirations in the future, but somehow they all tie into each other perfectly, in fact they seem to lean on each other to become complete.

Where I’ve studied in order of completion:

•Certified Herbalist through Trinity School of Natural Health online

• Certified Reiki level two practitioner at Spirit of Gaia in Ocala.

•Licensed as a Massage Therapist (500 hours) at the Orlando School of Therapeutic Massage and Yoga (OSTMY).

•Certified as a Sound Therapist at the Om Shoppe in St Petersburg FL

•Certified as a Yoga instructor (200) at Ocala Yoga Centers.
